bit of a few things to learn here.
wondering what ( Art Portal!) is.
among other things.
and seems my Dra-una AMV gorillaz last living souls (animatic) was taken down.
not to sure why was taken down. maybe do to copy right music? as i can see no notes saying why.
well posting may be slow but ill try to post when i can.

Hi there Ru! Welcome to newgrounds. I still don't know how some thing work on Newgrounds still, and I've been trying to be here all this year. It's a good bit different.
It was indeed probably taken down due to copyright as this is a place that extremely emphasises making sure that artists are both properly credited and have full permission to use the content being used.

I do have the answer to your submission being removed. In the ToS for uploading [audio, at least] the submission MUST NOT contain any content from major labels or artists (Like Gorillaz) as the site has been legally threatened for hosting copyright material before. I would strongly suggest either finding musicians who are willing to let you post their creations along side yours here, or arrange with a musician to create a piece specifically for your purpose of posting within a creation such as an animation, game, or AMV/MV.
Hope this site can offer you as much as it has to me.
